Felia is a popular catch for two reasons: First, she's extremely cute to the point of moe overload and second, she is very easy to capture as she isn't very physically strong, due to being a white mage. So long as she can be taken away before Matsuri finds out what's going on, it's easy to keep her from getting away. However, she is also as fragile as she looks, so it's best to not go overboard with heavy ties, but skirting the line is when she really gives her cutest and most helpless looks, just bordering on tearing up. Emphasize her eyes further with a dangling OTN to top off her gag.
