Haruka is a gal who does not let herself get taken down easily, especially given her speed and strength, so be sure to try and catch her off guard. While she may have a masculine appearance, she proves to have very nice, long legs and sensitive hips when they're well exposed. Again, because of her strength, utilize strong binding materials or tie her to something. Use a gag that emphasizes her eyes to be able to see how nice they are as well. Bonus points for capturing her first before Michiru (as she's often more easy to catch if Michiru is captured first).
