Index is actually a fairly tricky girl to capture, mainly because her robes make it difficult to accurately bind her arms and legs, so use tape to get around that problem without having to change her outfit. Otherwise, Index is a gal who tends not to put up much of a fight as she doesn't want to risk getting hurt. She will call for help though, so it's best to silence her with some cloths or more tape as quickly as possible. When she's in a situation she enjoys, she likes her head patted and her hair stroked.
